One of the faster risers in camp this summer for Notre Dame is junior linebacker Jeremiah Owusu-Koramoah. During Saturday’s open practice, we got a glimpse of just how good Notre Dame’s starting ROVER has been looking day in and day out the last few weeks.

How Notre Dame figures out the other linebacker spots is still very much up in the air. Asmar Bilal will probably play some prominent role as a 5th-year senior, but where he lines up is not yet decided. Sophomore Jack Lamb and junior Drew White will likely have roles as well, but when and where they get on the field has not been decided either.
The one certainty at linebacker right now is Jeremiah Owusu-Koramoah. He is locked in as the starting ROVER and has the looks of being a big-time player for Clark Lea and the Notre Dame defense.
