WatchND did yet another bang up job covering the latest Notre Dame training camp news as the Irish wrapped up their five days at Camp Culver. Jack Nolan and Jack Collinsworth broke down the wide receivers, secondary, quarterbacks,
- The crew spoke glowingly of Eqaunimeous St. Brown who has looked great at camp so far. We noted the other day that St Brown looks like he will need to fill out a bit, but he has the looks of a potential really good one. Collinsworth described him as a Corey Robinson clone with more speed.
- They also spoke about how deep the Notre Dame secondary is this year and how good they looked. They singled out Max Redfield and Elijah Shumate for locking down the safety positions – an area that was a merry-go-round last year.
- Deshone Kizer is said to be much more polished than he was in spring camp.
